At RAK Porcelain Europe, customer satisfaction is our main priority. Therefore, we use our best efforts to provide you with a quality service.
For complaints related to an order (missing, non-compliant, damaged products, etc.), it is essential that you inform us within 24 hours of the delivery of the products.
For this purpose, you need to fill in a complaint form that is available for each order placed within the past 30 days. This form is accessible when you are logged into your account. Go to the “my orders” section and click on the “Complaint” button for the order in question. When filling in the form, please provide all of the information and photos required to complete the process, so that we can provide you with the best service possible.
